Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you wear.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return process is simple, and we aim to make it stress-free.


🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • The item is not marked as Final Sale

Note: For hygiene reasons, accessories like earrings and undergarments are not eligible for return.


🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or defective.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@luxanae.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps and a return address.

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Luxanae is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
